Shipping Policy
All orders ship within three (3) business days of when they are received. Please note we do not ship on weekends or US Holidays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us directly.
Double check email and shipping addresses are correct at checkout. You will receive shipping notification via email.
MIRA Collective, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your order gets lost for any reason (tracking discrepancy, delivered to wrong address, can't find it) please contact your local USPS office directly to file a claim. Once the item ships, it is out of our hands (literally and figuratively)!
We currently only offer shipping within the US and military stations. If you are located overseas and would like to purchase an item, please contact us .
Repurposed shipping materials are used whenever possible.
Local Pickup
Bentonville, Arkansas customers and those from surrounding areas: Choose 'local pick up' option for your purchase. We will email you to set up a good pick up day. Please note, if you live outside of the area and select the local pick up option your order will be cancelled.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $150!
Our shipping uses a flat rate system based on location. Because we ship a large variety of items at different weights and sizes, there is a base order charge with per item rates added. Please look at the list below to see how you will be charged:

$5 Base + $1 per item
AL, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, OK, TN, TX
$5 Base + $5 Per Item
AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NM, OH, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV, District of Colombia
$10 Base + $5 Per Item
CA, CT, ID, MA, ME, MT, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, UT, VT, WA, WY
$15 Base + $5 Per Item
AK, HI, U.S. Military
$20 Base + $5 Per Item
Examples:
If you live in Minnesota and order 3 items of any size/weight, your shipping total would be 10+5(3) = $25. All orders $150+ ship for free!
If you live in Louisiana and order 1 item of any size/weight, your shipping total would be 5+5(1) = $10. All orders $150+ ship for free!
Order Minimum
There is a $15 minimum for all orders.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges. Many of our items are vintage and we do our best to document any flaws or significant indicators of age. It is important to review all photos and written descriptions of items for this reason. That said, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery using the subject line “ORDER ISSUE”.
Local Taxes
Arkansas customers will be charged state and local taxes in accordance with Arkansas sales tax and nexus law. Sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout.
